A Soundmap of Karrawirraparri is a multichannel surround-sound work which explores the soundscapes of the eponymous river that traverses the Adelaide Hills and Plains on Peramangk and Kaurna Meyunna Country. 

Ten locations are featured, including:

• Mt Pleasant

• Birdwood

• Gumeracha

• Cudlee Creek

• Athelstone

• St Peters Billabong

• The University of Adelaide, the George Duncan drowning site

• Hindmarsh

• Lockleys

• West Beach

Weaving the acoustic environments on the river's banks and waters from source to sea, the work features immersive ambisonic recordings and hydrophone (underwater) recordings of the river's aquatic life and historical developments.
